Part 1: Northern Territory Workers Compensation Legislation Stream

This stream consists of four courses.

Overview of Legislation course has three modules about the Northern Territory Legislation, Underwriting and Statutory Obligations, and Dispute Resolution.

Claims and Compensation course has three modules about Claims Notification and Determination, Loss of Earning Capacity, and Medical Treatment and Expenses.

Workers and Injuries course has three modules about Define a Worker, Injuries and Diseases, and State of Connection.

Long Term and Permanent Injuries course has four modules about Long-term Incapacity, Permanent Impairment, Death of a Worker, and Settlements.
