This stream consists of four courses.

Introduction to Claims Management course has three modules about the Role of a Case Manager, Documenting Claims and Managing Costs, and Developing Service Relationships.

Source Claim and Medical Information course has four modules about Collecting and Sharing Information, Contacting the Employer and Worker, Contacting the Treating Medical Practitioner, and Medical Certificates and Examinations.

Assess Claim Liability course has three modules about Injury Notification and Entitlements, Determining Claim Liability, and Preventing Disputes.

Monitor a Claim course has three modules about how to Develop a Case Management Plan, Implement a Case Management Plan, and Monitor a Case Management Plan.
